* Kindly, please place your order 2 weeks before the actual date of delivery for 100pcs up to 500pcs order or 1 month for 501pcs and above.
*All orders will receive an “Order Confirmation” e-mail from us within 24hr. If it doesn't, kindly please email us back.
Step 2: Payment
A 50% deposit must be paid after the confirmation of each order and is non-refundable. Another 50% payment is to be paid upon delivery.
All payments has to be banked into our bank account within 24hrs after the "Order Confirmation" email has been sent to you. Otherwise the order will be canceled immediately.
Please inform us after you have made the payment & store your transaction slip safely.

Step 3: Delivery
Flowers & Ribbons provide a free delivery service for our customers within Klang Valley for below than 50km from our place. Charges will be applied after we reach 51km & above (per trip).
Delivery charges rate:
If you wish to save on the delivery charges, the items also can be self-collected. Self- collection can be made at my place or place upon customer's request.
